DIRECTIONS: To shape natural nails: Hold the file at one end to allow for a long, continuous sweep. Weak nails to use the higher grit. To remove gel polish: use the pink 100 grit side to buff the shiny layer of gel polish To remove Polygel: use the pink 100 grit side to take the bulk down To smooth the nail after using Polygel: use the yellow 180 grit
